"Put Ya # On The Paper, I'll Be Glad To Date Ya"

I've noticed a small trend in the Facebook world today. A LOT of people are expecting children or have just become parents. Whoo nelly! It's happening at an alarming rate too. That's not what this is about though. Today's topic is, double standards and "Na, na, na, na, don't phunk with my heart."

 

Well, sir.....How come it's cool for a guy to slay many a chickens, but when the women do it, they call them heauxs? Is it because the guy is the 'fucker' and the gal is the 'fuckee'? Just some shit swarming around in my head....

 

Why do women fall victim to men? I swear logging onto Facebook is some shit. "Why would he cheat on me?" this, "All men are dogs!" that. I grow weary of the abuse, not physical, emotional. It's been said "Women can forgive, but they NEVER forget." Hell, some don't even forgive. This ties into the double standard. Some rapper will rap, "I'ma fuck six heauxs then switch heauxs like new clothes," then turn around and say, "I wanna make love to you, (AYE!), like Marvin Gaye." These chicks get treated like objects. What disturbs me is, it's gotten so bad, some of them accept it.

The bad shit about it all, though: It makes it hard for real n!99@$ to make any progress. The number one problem I'm hearing from women born in the '70s and '80s, men still want that 'trophy wife'. Hell, I'm guilty of that too. It's just the world we live in that affects our thinking. They're growing tired of only being acknowledged because they're pretty. A song lyric comes to mind, "Everyone is beautiful, in their own way." The looks department isn't the world's biggest factor me anymore. Female swag is the biggest thing I'm focused on right about now. There's no such thing as an ugly women. I remember me and Ace were watching one of those Timeless Classic infomercials, 1950s music. This song came on, I think it was something like, "She's Got Personality". Ace said, "He sang about her personality because she's ugly." That may have been the case, but that's not ALL bad.

I recall a Wright State shuttle bus ride. These cats I knew were talking about this other cat I knew. They were talking about how the chick he was fooling with was ugly and how he didn't want her to be his lady because of that.....If you're as shallow I, there's no problem with that, but eventually it gets old. As a human being, there is one common want we share, we just want to be wanted. We've ALL been in that rut before like, "Nobody wants me." I believe there's somebody out there for everybody, not a destined soul mate, but you gotta put in the work to find them.

So, like I said, female swagger isn't a liability, it's a must. I found, the women with the MOST swagger are the ones who don't get as much attention as the potential video model. If the eyes aren't what gets my attention, it's the personality. Like my first date, oh, I remember it like it was yesterday. She had eyes, but everything else just kinda pissed me off. She was about something, she wanted to go to college and shit, but at the same time, she was about nothing. Like my 2008 New Year's crush. She wasn't packin' in the look department, but once again, it was the SWAGGER. N!99@$ was like, "No, don't do it. Read some literature on the subject." Fuck it.

Way off topic....Meh.
