Czech it out, I wake up this morning after popping the worst bump in the world. I thought I was gonna die. I log onto the Facebook, before starting the incomplete 200 albums list, and see my homie, Grimm, is online. I holla at him, asking if he saw my Lego Photoshop thing...
He goes, 'No'. He then proceeds to tell me about how my homie, Guru Savant, has a diss track against him...When it comes to beef that's not 2Pac/Biggie or Jay-Z/Nas, I laugh. That's what I did.
Grimm told me how he and some cats at UC were doing a cypher, just rhymin' and such. All of a sudden, lyrics get taken out of context and somebody's getting dissed.
Grimm says he isn't concerned, no album sales are being affected, nobody knows, making it unimportant.
I say what's up to Guru. He, in a laid back manner, goes, "I talked to some of his boys yesterday, the beef is all hip-hop, nothin personal. I mean if everybody wants a spot that's cool, but whose goin to be the best? I'm willing to compete for the title. I'll respect him more if he responds to me."
I relayed the info to Grimm. He's gonna respond, as soon as Ace Boogie comes back in town so he can record at his crib. I'm kinda interested in seeing how the feud goes. This is gonna be so much phun!!!
