"Who Are The Best Emcees, Biggie, Jay-Z and Nas"

This is Empathy reporting to you his top 5 favorite emcees(that money doesn't matter to). They come in no particular order at all, they all bring different styles to the the table and for that, there are no bests.
METHOD MAN- aka Johnny Fuckin' Blaze. Why Methtical? He offers the best the delivery out of Wu-Tang and anytime he does a cameo verse, it's always memorable. He's the most rhythmic emcee I know and he's always in rare form, for that, Meth is definitely a favorite, I just can't stand his albums.
CANIBUS- though his voice sounds like he eats jagged rocks and rusty nails for breakfast,brunch, lunch,dinner,second dinner and brinner, he is the tightest battle rapper ever. He combines science and art into his lyrics and for that, he doesn't get the credit he deserve. He's best known for his beef with Eminem and LL Cool J...Eminem ate him alive and LL's diss contained one hot line. When Canibus dissed LL and told him,"99% of your fans wear high heels", LL came back with, "99% of your fans don't exist". Canibus' best album is his first, Can-I-Bus, just listen to "Buckingham Palace" and tell me he isn't nice.
BIG L- he's gone and buried now, but when he was alive, he was the only emcee I know of(besides Eminem) to shit on Jay-Z. Just Youtube or Limewire "Big L and Jay-Z 7 Minute Freestyle". Obviously, Jay was still finding his style. Big L is mainstreamly known for his Rawkus Records release song, "Flamboyant". If you're a real Hip-Hop head, you know, "Casualties of a Dice Game", "Ebonics", "8 Iz Enuff", and his numerous mindblowing freestyles. R.I.P, to one of the best. His career was shortlived, but he will remain on the shelf of those with the tip top flow.
NEGASHI ARMADA- he's a member of not-quite-mainstream-rap gorup, Supreeme. If you listen to albums by Supreeme, Church and State, Supremacy, American Badass, Bronze and Silver Medallion, Negashi is usually the one shining on the tracks, not saying Dope Pope and King Self are garbage, but Armada is usually the hypest and most lyrical. You can't quote lines from these guy either, you must recite entire verses, so I'm no gonna leave you with an excerpt of his illness.
LAURYN HILL- The only woman to recieve a XXL out XXL in XXL Magazine( for the XXL illiterate, they grade albums on this scale, S, M, L, XL, XXL). Ms.Hill is like the only female rapper, in my opinion, that actually raps. Sure you got Eve, Lil' Kim, Free, Jean Grae, Foxy Brown and Charli Baltimore, but them chicks is kinda doo compared to Lauryn Hill. Just think about The Fugees, was she not the best singer AND rapper? 'Nuff Said!
